This will lead to a permanent role for the right candidates.<br><br><strong>Shift Patterns available: </strong><em>(Let us know which shift works best for you!)</em><br><ul><li>6:00am – 2:00pm</li><ul><li>2:00pm – 10:00pm</li><li>10:00pm - 06:00am</li></ul></ul><strong>Pay Rate:</strong> £24,800 per annum<br><br>There are also opportunities for overtime, giving you the chance to increase your earnings.<br><br><strong>What You’ll Be Doing</strong><br><ul><li>Working in a fast-paced bakery production environment</li><ul><li>Preparing, packing, and handling products on busy production lines</li><li>Ensuring products meet our high quality and food safety standards</li><li>Working as part of a supportive and friendly team</li><li>Staying active and engaged throughout your shift</li></ul></ul><strong>Experience<br></strong><br>Previous experience in food production, manufacturing, or bakery environments is an advantage but not essential.<br>We value the right attitude, reliability, teamwork, and willingness to learn just as much as previous experience.<br><br><strong>Career Progression<br></strong><br>This is more than just a production role.<br>Many successful careers in food manufacturing start on the production line.
