<p><strong>Job Description</strong></p>
<p>This position aids a developing field service operation by managing customer inquiries, order processing, scheduling, and project follow-up. The ideal candidate is detail-oriented, customer-centric, and adept at liaising among various departments to ensure smooth operations.</p>
<p>The role entails hands-on business assistance, necessitating strong multitasking abilities, effective communication, and meticulous record-keeping to uphold seamless business processes. Prior experience in construction, service estimation, or technical support is advantageous.</p>
<p>Primary Responsibilities</p>
<p>· Prepare and track service quotes, orders, inquiries, and project-related tasks.</p>
<p>· Collaborate with sales, service teams, customers, and vendors to manage service schedules.</p>
<p>· Process purchase orders, service documents, invoices, and contract information accurately.</p>
<p>· Maintain detailed records of service activities for customer follow-up.</p>
<p>· Provide updates on pricing, availability, and orders to customers and internal teams.</p>
<p>· Update customer records in company systems post-interaction.</p>
<p>· Assist with project coordination, lead follow-up, and business development.</p>
<p>· Acquire knowledge of technical products and service offerings.</p>

<p>Background and Skills</p>
<p>· Business degree preferred, or relevant customer service experience.</p>

<p>· Minimum typing speed of 50 WPM with high accuracy.</p>
<p>· Ability to calculate figures accurately and communicate effectively.</p>
<p>· Strong organizational, time management, and problem-solving abilities.</p>
<p>Work Environment / Physical Requirements</p>
