About the Role

 

Key Responsibilities:

  • Support key customers, ensuring timely and accurate handling of order requirements.
  • Communicate proactively with customers about order status, lead times, and any changes.
  • Serve as a liaison between internal purchasing and external customers to coordinate expectations. Collaborate to validate timelines and expedite vendor delivery to meet customer timelines.
  • Assist with general customer inquiries, product availability, and basic technical information.

Qualifications:

  • Familiarity with computer systems, Outlook and ERP systems 
  • Strong communication skills and attention to detail.
  • Customer service or order processing experience in a manufacturing or technical environment.
  • Project management experience, preferred.
  • Ability to prioritize in a fast-paced setting.
