Job Description:
We are seeking an experienced
Deployment Project Lead to oversee the implementation of key IT systems in the US manufacturing plant located in Delhi, including Anura Scheduling & MRP and the Optimus platform. This role involves coordinating deployment activities from the Netherlands, supporting the local teams, and ensuring a smooth transition during go-live. The ideal candidate will play a pivotal role in bridging the Netherlands and US teams to facilitate successful system rollout and user readiness.
Responsibilities:
- Lead the deployment of Anura Scheduling & MRP and Optimus systems at the Delhi plant in the US.
- Act as the main point of contact between the central Netherlands deployment team and the US teams.
- Support the US teams (Production, Quality, Maintenance, and Scheduling) in system implementation, training, and process transitions.
- Coordinate and support the local teams in achieving readiness for system go-live, including troubleshooting and problem-solving.
- Travel to Delhi several times to oversee critical deployment phases, especially during go-live.
- Collaborate with stakeholders including the Plant Manager, project teams, and international managers to ensure project milestones are met.
- Serve as a communication bridge, translating deployment requirements and ensuring alignment between Dutch and US teams.
- Contribute to the deployment of future projects following similar scopes.
Requirements:
- Proven experience in system implementation, ideally with SAP and OMP.
- Strong project management skills and ability to energize teams.
- Experience working in production environments across scheduling, MRP, quality, and maintenance.
- Willingness to travel multiple times to the US, particularly during critical deployment phases.
- Excellent English & Dutch communication skills.
- Previous experience supporting large-scale IT rollouts in multinational companies is preferred.
