applying principles of mechanics, hydraulics, and materials.</span></li> <li class="MsoNormal" style="color: black;background: white"><span style="font-size: 10.0pt;font-family: 'Arial',sans-serif">Confirm system and product capabilities by designing feasibility and testing methods;
