About the Role
Shipping Supervisor Now hiring! We are seeking an experienced Shipping Supervisor to oversee all shipping, receiving, and warehouse operations in a fast-paced manufacturing environment. The ideal candidate is a hands-on leader with strong logistics experience who can supervise shipping personnel, ensure accurate and timely shipments, maintain inventory accuracy, and support production operations. Job Duties Supervise daily shipping, receiving, and warehouse operations. Lead, train, and mentor shipping staff while ensuring adherence to company procedures. Coordinate domestic and international shipments. Verify shipping documentation for accuracy and compliance. Maintain inventory of shipping and packaging supplies. Assist with packaging and shipment preparation as needed. Operate forklifts, pallet jacks, and company delivery vehicles when required. Collaborate with Production, Purchasing, and Quality departments to ensure on-time deliveries. Monitor shipping schedules and prioritize urgent orders. Ensure compliance with quality, safety, and company policies. Identify process improvements to increase efficiency and reduce shipping errors. Qualifications 5+ years of shipping, warehouse, or logistics experience. Minimum 2 years of supervisory or team lead experience in a manufacturing or semiconductor environment. Experience managing shipping personnel and warehouse operations. Forklift experience required (certification preferred). Valid driver's license with a clean driving record. Proficiency with Microsoft Office, especially Excel and Word. Strong organizational, communication, and problem-solving skills. Ability to lift up to 50 pounds. Bilingual English/Spanish is a plus. Preferred Experience Manufacturing or semiconductor industry experience. Experience with ERP or inventory management systems. Knowledge of domestic and international shipping procedures.
