Project Quantity Surveyor - Highways Maintenance Wokingham Offering up to £65,000 A leading highways maintenance contractor is looking for an experienced Project Quantity Surveyor to support the commercial delivery of a busy maintenance contract in Wokingham. This is a great opportunity for someone with strong commercial awareness and a passion for cost control, client management, and operational support. Role ResponsibilitiesManage subcontract procurement, tender analysis, payments, compliance checks, and dispute resolution. Carry out site measures, maintain accurate records, and manage client variations, valuations, AFPs, and payment tracking. Support monthly CVRs, forecasting, accruals, and cost/value reporting. Ensure accurate WIP management, cost allocation, and contract reporting. Maintain and update Causeway and client work order systems. Complete contract KPIs, financial reports, and weekly status updates. Personal Requirements3+ years' experience in maintenance contracts. Strong understanding of NEC contracts (other forms desirable). Confident in onsite measurement and commercial reporting. Excellent communication, organisation, and attention to detail. High-level ICT competence. Ability to manage self and support others in commercial processes.
