Job Description
The Residential Property Solicitor will be:
- Managing a residential conveyancing caseload from instruction to completion.
- Advising on sales, purchases, remortgages and transfers of equity.
- Building relationships with clients and referrers.
- Delivering exceptional client service throughout transactions.
The Successful Applicant
The Residential Property Solicitor should be:
- A solicitor or equivalent with 4+ years PQE in residential property.
- Experienced in handling a conveyancing caseload independently.
- Commercially minded with strong client relationship skills.
- An excellent communicator with strong organisational ability.
