Was Sie erwartet: • Betreuung des Produktionsstandorts Brandenburg in allen betriebswirtschaftlichen Fragestellungen • Unterstützung des Managements mit Wirtschaftlichkeits-, Profitabilitäts- und Rentabilitätsanalysen • Mitarbeit im Rahmen der Geschäftsjahresplanung mit den Teilplanungen Personal, Investitionen, Kosten- und Leistungsarten sowie im Zusammenhang mit den unterjährig rollierenden Forecast-Szenarien • Beratung unterschiedlicher Management- und Führungsebenen bei der Definition und Interpretation steuerungsrelevanter Key Performance Indicators und deren Entwicklung im Zeitverlauf • Analyse bestehender und neuer Geschäftsmodelle und -szenarien • Mitarbeit an der Weiterentwicklung unserer Controlling-Tools und -Systeme sowie Optimierung und Etablierung kaufmännischer Prozesse und Abläufe • Mitwirkung im Projektcontrolling des Produktionsstandorts Brandenburg und des Gesamtunternehmens, um die Profitabilität und Finanzkraft von HEIDELBERG zu stärken Was Sie mitbringen: • Ein einschlägiges und mit überdurchschnittlichem Erfolg abgeschlossenes Studium als Wirtschaftsingenieur (m/w/d) oder Wirtschaftswissenschaftler (m/w/d) • Kommunikationsstärke und Überzeugungsfähigkeit, ein verbindliches und sicheres Auftreten sowie ein hohes Maß an Flexibilität • Teamgeist und die Fähigkeit, standortübergreifend die Kommunikation und den Informationsfluss zu Kollegen aus anderen Unternehmenseinheiten zu gewährleisten • Einen analytischen, ergebnisorientierten Arbeitsstil und die Fähigkeit, komplexe Sachverhalte kritisch zu hinterfragen und zu erläutern sowie zu komplexen Problemstellungen konstruktive Lösungsansätze zu entwickeln • Gute Englischkenntnisse sowie gute Kenntnisse in SAP und MS-Office sowie nach Möglichkeit in QlikView und TM1 Cognos Was wir Ihnen bieten: Eine unbefristete Festanstellung bei Gleitzeit im Rahmen einer 36-Stunden-Woche • Bezahlung nach Tarif und tarifliche Zusatzleistungen, wie 30 Tage Urlaub, Urlaubsgeld und Weihnachtsgeld sowie zusätzliche Leistungen • Betriebliche Altersversorgung; Gehaltsumwandlung und altersvermögenswirksame Leistungen • Karrierechancen innerhalb des Bereiches oder auch bereichsübergreifend • Ein angenehmes Betriebsklima, das von Respekt gegenüber den Mitarbeitern geprägt ist • Werksarzt (Impfungen/betriebliches Gesundheitsmanagement/Beratungsangebote etc.) • Essenszuschuss für das Mittagessen in unserer Kantine Sollten wir Ihr Interesse geweckt haben, dann freuen wir uns über Ihre aussagekräftige Bewerbung auf www.heidelberg.com/karriere.
