Responsibilities:
- Oversee the month, quarter, and year-end close processes, ensuring accuracy and timeliness
- Guide and develop accounting staff through mentorship, training, and feedback
- Partner closely with leadership to drive financial integrity and operational efficiency
- Manage general ledger activities, including reconciliations and journal entry approvals
- Establish internal controls to ensure regulatory compliance and asset protection
- Advise billing system implementation efforts alongside relevant operational teams
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in accounting or a related field
- 5+ years of accounting experience
- Hands-on close expertise
- At least one year of leadership experience
Compensation and Benefits:
- Salary Range: $100,000–$110,000
- This role is also eligible for various benefits, including: Medical Insurance
Actual base salary will be determined based on an individual's experience, skills, education, certifications, credentials, special skills, accomplishments, and other factors relevant to the position.
This role is based in the Twin Cities. Applicants must currently reside in Minnesota or are planning to relocate to Minnesota in the near future.
