Taskmaster Recruitment are looking for a Machine Operator to work for our client based at their site in Rushden (NN10).

Duties will include:

• Sorting household and commercial waste from a pick line into plastic, wood, brick, metals (no lifting is required)

• Use machinery to feed recycling waste for processing into bales.

• Inspect materials for any contaminations.

• Grading recycling products.

• Securing and wrapping bales of product.

• Recording weights of product.

• Housekeeping duties at the end of each shift, ensuring everything is tidy and clean for the next day.

Desirable skills and attributes:

• Must be able to work with recycled materials.

• Able to confidently to operate a machine that runs the line (you will be trained).

• Must be numerate.

 

Temporary to permanent job for the right candidate.

 

Location: Rushden
Salary: £13.00 per hour
Hours: Monday to Friday, 7:00am – 7:00pm
