We have previously recruited two Partners and a Salaried GP for this Practice, so are well placed to advise on working life there! Background We’re recruiting a Salaried GP, for a well-regarded GP practice in the Newark area. This is the missing piece of the puzzle for an otherwise very well-staffed practice, boasting a large, high-skilled multi-disciplinary team, including ANP, Clinical Pharmacist and Physio support. The patient numbers are reasonable, and the on-call provision is capped (25 patients/day). There is a real sense of teamwork with a great group of partners all pulling in the same direction to achieve the best for their staff and patients.
