About the Role
Enthuse customers and provide best experience through excellent remote support and communication.
- Fluent in French and English (written and spoken) - we like different cultures here!
- Basic knowledge of Windows (including CMD and Event Viewer most preferably) and popular software
- Experience in IT support environment
- Problem-solving approach and a customer-first mindset - be a pro!
- Great communication skills and a team-player attitude - team work is dream work!
- Willingness to work in shifts between 7 am - 12 pm (8 h shifts) from the office in Wrocław
- Familiarity with any ticketing tool would be a plus
- Be the first point of contact for customers needing technical support — via phone, email, and chat
- Troubleshoot basic IT issues with confidence - be the hero!
- Manage and track service requests through our ticketing system - always on track!
- Collaborate with our expert tech teams to resolve complex problems - be their right hand!
- Keep customers informed and happy with timely updates and solutions - extremely rewarding!
