We’re looking for experienced Fitout Engineers who bring not only technical expertise but a genuine passion for delivering excellence. This is a hands-on role where your skills will directly contribute to the build quality and reliability of high-end products. Your Role: Assemble and install mechanical and electrical systems; following technical drawings/work instructions Test and validate electrical circuits, ensuring full compliance and fault-free operation (training given to mechanical engineers not yet experienced in electrical work) Diagnose and resolve issues across mechanical and electrical components Support the installation and commissioning of air conditioning systems Ensure all compliance documentation is completed accurately and on time Work collaboratively to overcome build challenges and drive continuous improvement What You’ll Bring: 3–5 years of relevant industry experience -successful candidates will have experiecne of assembly or fit out engineer experience in automotive, rail, aerospace or marine Level 3 qualification in mechanical or electrical engineering (or equivalent) Strong attention to detail and a commitment to delivering a flawless finish Ability to interpret and follow technical drawings and specifications A proactive, team-oriented mindset with a flexible approach to tasks Why Join?
