About the Role

Your position in our team Partner Coordination: You will coordinate all actions and tasks related to our partners, guiding them through the different stages of their partnership journey with us. Process Management: You will manage and track our internal processes within the Partner Management team, helping to keep everything organized and efficient. Partner Communication & Marketing: You act as a bridge between our partners, our marketing team, and our customers. You communicate the value of our partnerships by coordinating case studies, newsletters, and joint events. Your goal is to highlight the benefits of our collaborations to the studios and the wider market. Administrative Support: You will handle formal tasks, including drafting and managing contracts, processing support tickets for partners, and ensuring timely follow-ups. Communication: You will be the voice of our company, communicating professionally with our partners in both German and English. Your Profile You hold a university degree in Business Administration, Sports Management, Communications, or a related field. Alternatively, you have gained equivalent professional experience that qualifies you for this role. You possess fluent English (B2) and German (C1) skills (written and verbal) to confidently communicate with our international partner network. You have excellent organizational skills and a structured, detail-oriented way of working. You have the ability and willingness to quickly learn new tools and systems. An understanding of digital products and tech innovations is a major plus. Initial experience with Asana, Confluence, Jira, or Zendesk is a plus. Knowledge of or a strong interest in the fitness industry is a plus.
