We are currently seeking a Product Coordinator (m/f/d) on behalf of our business partner in the pharmaceutical industry, located in Biberach. In this role, you will be responsible for creating specification documents in MyLIMS, both for release processes and stability studies, taking into account relevant GMP guidelines. You will independently coordinate and prioritize samples and their shipment, ensuring timely and smooth processing. Furthermore, you will independently plan, coordinate, and execute sometimes complex workflows. Independently coordinating measures and timelines with relevant interface partners is also part of your responsibilities, as is continuously ensuring efficient process flows.
- Completed vocational training in the pharmaceutical or natural science field (e.g., pharmaceuticals, chemistry, biology, CTA, BTA, PTA) with several years of professional experience or with additional further training as a master craftsman/technician (IHK) or a comparable qualification with several years of relevant professional experience in a GMP environment
- Good knowledge of GMP guidelines and practical experience in the GMP environment, especially regarding documentation and compliance with quality standards.
- Excellent MS Office skills as well as a high willingness and ability to quickly learn new systems.
- Fluent German skills and good English skills, especially for the safe application and implementation of work instructions and GMP-relevant documents.
