As Restaurant Manager you will:

Lead, motivate, and manage the restaurant team, including recruitment, training, and performance management
Maintain the highest standards of service, presentation, and cleanliness
Collaborate with the kitchen team to ensure seamless service and effective communication
Monitor and manage budgets, sales, and operational costs
