About the Role

Are you organised, proactive and confident working in a busy environment? We are looking for a reliable and efficient Administrator to join our clients operations team, supporting customers and ensuring items are processed quickly and accurately. This is a varied role that would suit someone who is computer‑literate, has a professional telephone manner, and is comfortable using their own initiative. Please note: the position involves some manual lifting of items/boxes. Key Responsibilities Handling incoming items and processing them accurately onto our online portal Completing data entry tasks and updating spreadsheets Organising the repatriation of items to customers Operating live chat and communicating with passengers in real time Managing incoming and outgoing passenger emails Taking telephone calls and providing excellent customer support Booking courier shipments and managing dispatch information Monitoring and responding to live chat queries Requirements Sensible, reliable, and organised Able to work using their own initiative Comfortable with manual handling when required Computer literate with strong attention to detail A clear and confident communicator with a good telephone manner Able to manage multiple tasks in a fast‑paced environment
