Sr. Accounting Manager

We are seeking a Sr. Accounting Manager to lead technical revenue accounting and gross-to-net evaluations for complex commercial arrangements. This role ensures accurate revenue recognition under ASC 606, supports SEC and statutory reporting, and partners cross-functionally to drive compliance and financial reporting excellence. Key Responsibilities Lead revenue recognition analysis (ASC 606) for new products, contracts, and complex transactions Oversee gross-to-net accounting and technical conclusions Partner with Legal, Finance, and Commercial teams on contract review Develop and maintain revenue accounting policies Support SEC reporting and revenue disclosures Lead audit support, including revenue memos and schedules Collaborate with global accounting teams on statutory reporting Qualifications Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or Finance 7+ years of progressive accounting experience (revenue or technical accounting) Public accounting experience required Strong ASC 606 expertise and gross-to-net experience Advanced Excel skills and strong technical memo writing ability CPA preferred
