As Communications and Engagement Officer, you’ll have an exciting opportunity to use your proven communications skills, curiosity and creativity within a professional and purpose-driven environment – helping to ensure the work of the Ombudsman is clearly understood, effectively communicated and positively experienced.
Reporting to the External Communications Manager, you’ll play a key role in delivering high-quality communications and engagement to a range of external audiences. Using clear storytelling, digital tools and visual communication, you’ll help the Ombudsman connect with its audiences in meaningful and effective ways. This will include political stakeholders, as well as residents and landlords.
