1. Indirect Purchasing (MRO, Services, Capex)/ Mua hàng gián tiếp (MRO, Dịch vụ, Capex) - Source, select, and negotiate with suppliers for indirect materials (Maintenance, Repair, and Operations - MRO), office supplies, IT equipment, and facility services to achieve cost savings. Tìm nguồn, lựa chọn và đàm phán với nhà cung cấp cho các vật tư gián tiếp (Bảo trì, Sửa chữa và Vận hành - MRO), văn phòng phẩm, thiết bị CNTT và dịch vụ tiện ích để đạt được tiết kiệm chi phí. - Process Purchase Orders (PO) and contracts for indirect spending, ensuring adherence to company procurement policies Xử lý Đơn đặt hàng (PO) và hợp đồng cho các khoản chi tiêu gián tiếp, đảm bảo tuân thủ chính sách mua sắm của công ty. - Evaluate vendor performance regarding quality, price, and delivery time; resolve any disputes or discrepancies in invoices. Đánh giá hiệu suất nhà cung cấp về chất lượng, giá cả và thời gian giao hàng; giải quyết các tranh chấp hoặc sai lệch trong hóa đơn. 2. Direct Purchasing (Raw Materials,components packaging) / Mua hàng trực tiếp (Nguyên vật liệu,linh kiện, bao bì) - Execute procurement of direct materials based on production planning requirements to ensure zero production stoppage. Thực hiện mua sắm nguyên vật liệu dựa trên yêu cầu kế hoạch sản xuất để đảm bảo không dừng dây chuyền. - Monitor inventory levels and coordinate with suppliers to adjust delivery schedules in case of urgent production changes. Theo dõi mức tồn kho và phối hợp với nhà cung cấp để điều chỉnh lịch giao hàng trong trường hợp thay đổi sản xuất khẩn cấp. - Work with the Quality Assurance team to handle material defects and claims with suppliers. Làm việc với bộ phận Đảm bảo chất lượng (QA) để xử lý các lỗi vật liệu và khiếu nại với nhà cung cấp. - Coordinate with the logistics team to ensure smooth goods importation. Phối hợp với logistic để nhập khẩu hàng hóa 1 cách suôn sẻ Job Requirements / Yêu cầu công việc - Education: Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration, Foreign Trade, Supply Chain Management, or related fields. Cử nhân Quản trị Kinh doanh, Ngoại thương, Quản lý Chuỗi cung ứng hoặc các ngành liên quan. .- Work Experience: 2-3 years of experience in Purchasing with exposure to Import-Export procedures. 2-3 năm kinh nghiệm trong lĩnh vực Mua hàng có tiếp xúc với quy trình Xuất nhập khẩu. - Language: Proficient in English (both written and spoken), especially in commercial contracts and logistics terminology; Toeic > 650 Thành thạo tiếng Anh - viết và nói, đặc biệt là hợp đồng thương mại và thuật ngữ mua hàng, logistics. Toeic > 650 - Software: Proficient in Google app (google sheet/doc/slide); experience with ERP systems (e.g., SAP) is a plus. Thành thạo Google app (google sheet/doc/slide); có kinh nghiệm với hệ thống ERP như SAP là lợi thế - Negotiation: Strong negotiation skills to deal with suppliers for best pricing and payment terms. Kỹ năng đàm phán mạnh mẽ để làm việc với nhà cung cấp về giá và điều khoản thanh toán tốt nhất. - Customs Knowledge: Understanding of Incoterms 2020 and basic Vietnam Customs regulations to prevent compliance risks. Hiểu biết về Incoterms 2020 và các quy định cơ bản của Hải quan Việt Nam để ngăn ngừa rủi ro tuân thủ. - Multi-tasking: Ability to handle multiple categories (Direct/Indirect) and logistics urgencies simultaneously. Khả năng xử lý nhiều danh mục hàng hóa và các vấn đề logistics khẩn cấp cùng lúc. - Team work spirit: Collaborate closely with Procurement, SOIP, Warehouse, and Finance teams. Hợp tác chặt chẽ với các bộ phận Thu mua, SOIP, Kho và Tài chính. - Other: Detail-oriented, conscientious, and highly dedicated. Chú trọng chi tiết, tận tâm và tinh thần cống hiến cao.
