Functie - Provide HR advice and support to management and employees on policies and procedures. - Oversee recruitment processes, including job postings, candidate screening, and onboarding. - Ensure compliance with employment laws and regulations relevant to the INDUSTRIAL / MANUFACTURING sector. - Manage employee records and maintain HR systems for accurate data tracking. - Assist in the development and implementation of HR strategies and initiatives. - Handle employee relations issues, including conflict resolution and performance management. - Support training and development programmes to enhance employee skills. - Contribute to the planning and execution of HR-related projects. Profiel A successful INTERIM HR OFFICER should have: - Proven experience in Human Resources, ideally within the INDUSTRIAL / MANUFACTURING sector. - Strong knowledge of employment laws and HR best practices. - Proficiency in HR systems and Microsoft Office Suite. - Excellent organisational and multitasking skills. - Strong communication skills, both written and verbal. - Fluency in English; additional language skills are an advantage. - A proactive and solution-oriented mindset.
