Teaching Personnel is currently recruiting Graduate SEN Teaching Assistants to join a variety of specialist schools in East Grinstead from September 2026. This is an excellent opportunity for graduates who are passionate about supporting young people and want to gain hands-on experience working with pupils with additional needs. The RoleAs a Graduate SEN Teaching Assistant, you will work alongside experienced teachers and specialist staff to support pupils with a range of additional needs.
You will help pupils access education, develop confidence and overcome barriers to learning.
