Now hiring for a temporary HR Compensation Analyst!
This is a temporary position working fully onsite.
Hours: Monday through Friday 8am-5pm ET
Location: Pasadena, CA
Pay Rate: $33.00 – $40.00/hour
Duration: Temporary, 6+ months
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop, update, and maintain job descriptions in compliance with FLSA guidelines
- Review and enhance compensation framework, job structure, and classifications
- Conduct market pricing, salary surveys, and job benchmarking
- Analyze compensation data and recommend competitive salary ranges
- Partner with managers to gather job requirements and conduct job analysis
- Prepare compensation reports and recommendations for leadership
- Advise on compensation policies and applicable state and federal regulations
Bachelor’s degree in HR, Business, or related field Minimum 4 years of compensation analyst experience
