Proofreader II

Verify final printed secondary packaging component artwork against Editor’s Copy documents for accuracy and consistency. Conduct technical review of packaging components across a global pharmaceutical portfolio and multiple markets. Ensure compliance with local country and regional formatting, style guidelines and trade dress requirements. Liaise with Worldwide Safety & Regulatory teams, Country Offices, Global Labeling Management and global artwork centres. Provide editorial input on regulatory documents prior to artwork creation where requested. Your Background: Bachelor’s degree plus 2 years’ experience in pharmaceutical proofreading, packaging or medical/scientific documentation, or 4+ years’ relevant proofreading experience in lieu of a degree. Strong editing and proofreading skills with solid knowledge of medical and scientific terminology. Proven ability to identify errors in typography, spelling, grammar, punctuation and style. Experience using digital or mechanised proofreading tools. 20/20 colour vision (corrected) is required.
