Our client is building next-generation AI infrastructure for law firms, a multi-tenant SaaS platform powered by LLM agents and cloud native architecture that automates real-world legal workflows. You'll help build and grow a production AI platform from the ground up. You will ship fast, influence architecture decisions, and see your work used by real customers every day. It is a true builder role with high ownership, rapid growth, and meaningful equity in what we are creating together. REQUIREMENTS: Strong experience with TypeScript/JavaScript and Node.js. Experience designing and consuming APIs. Extensive knowledge of PostgreSQL (schemas, queries, performance). Knowledge of MongoDB. Understanding of building and running production systems on AWS. Be comfortable with Git workflows and agile tools like Jira, and have familiarity with CI/CD pipelines Ownership mindset and ability to work independently in a small team. Strong attention to detail and clear, effective communication skills. Fast learner and proactive individual. Excellent communication skills in English. You will work directly with some clients, so you need to read the documentation correctly. NICE TO HAVE: Experience with prompt engineering and LLM-based applications. Experience leveraging AI-assisted development tools (e.g., Cursor, Claude Code) to accelerate coding, testing, and workflow automation. Hands-on experience with Amazon Bedrock. Familiarity with AI-driven workflows, agents, or document automation. Experience building SaaS products for regulated or professional services industries. Startup or early-stage product experience. RESPONSIBILITIES: Build and maintain full-stack applications using TypeScript/JavaScript and Node.js. Design and implement RESTful APIs that power workflow automation with integration to legal software, Office 365, and Gmail. Design, optimize, and maintain data models in PostgreSQL and MongoDB. Build and operate scalable services on AWS. Collaborate using Git and Jira in an agile, fast-moving environment. Work closely with the product to turn real law-firm workflows into reliable software.
