With offices across the UK, China and Europe, this is a fantastic opportunity to join a well-established business where your contribution truly makes a difference.</p> <p>This is a varied and rewarding role where you’ll be at the heart of coordinating international and domestic shipments, working closely with colleagues, partners, and customers to ensure everything runs smoothly.</p> <p>What you’ll be doing<br /> You’ll play a key role supporting X-Trade and Multimodal operations, including:<br /> Managing X-Trade shipments across international and domestic routes<br /> Supporting Sea Export and Sea X-Trade operations<br /> Liaising with overseas offices, suppliers, and customs brokers<br /> Coordinating with warehouses and transport partners to ensure timely deliveries<br /> Handling Bills of Lading and shipment documentation<br /> Supporting customs processes including import entries where applicable<br /> Working with internal teams to ensure cargo is released efficiently</p> <p>What we’re looking for<br /> We’d love to hear from you if you have:<br /> Experience in multimodal, sea freight, or freight forwarding operations<br /> Knowledge of import customs entries (advantageous but not essential)<br /> Bill of Lading experience<br /> A professional and confident communication style<br /> Strong customer service skills<br /> Good working knowledge of Microsoft Office and logistics systems<br /> Most importantly, you’ll be organised, proactive, and enjoy being part of a supportive team.</p> <p>What you’ll get in return<br /> We believe in looking after our team and creating a positive place to work.
