WHAT WOULD THE ROLE INVOLVE
1. Planning and Delivering Engaging Lessons
* Design and teach lessons aligned with the National Curriculum
* Cover core subjects like phonics, reading, writing, and maths, as well as foundation subjects
* Adapt lessons to suit different learning styles and abilities
2. Assessing Progress and Tracking Development
* Monitor pupil progress through observations, marking, and assessments
* Prepare children for key assessments such as KS1 SATs
* Identify gaps in learning and plan interventions
3. Classroom and Behaviour Management
* Create a structured, positive learning environment
* Set clear expectations and routines
* Use consistent behaviour strategies to support all pupils
WHAT DO YOU REQUIRE:
* An enhanced DBS
* QTS
* A minimum of 2 years UK teaching experience
* Up-to-date safeguarding training
* References covering the last 2 years of employment
