Residential Conveyancing Solicitor

A well-established, award-winning regional firm is seeking a Residential Conveyancing Solicitor / CILEx / CLC to join its highly regarded property team based in Surrey or SW London.

The role will involve managing a varied caseload of residential property matters, including sales and purchases of freehold and leasehold properties, remortgages, transfers of equity and lease extensions, acting for a broad client base.

The Role

• Manage a full and varied residential conveyancing caseload
• Handle freehold and leasehold sales and purchases, remortgages and transfers of equity
• Deliver a high standard of client care with clear, proactive communication
• Supervise and support junior staff where appropriate
• Assist with business development, networking and marketing initiatives
• Ensure compliance with regulatory and risk management procedures

About You

• Residential Conveyancing Solicitor / CILEx / CLC with 2+ PQE (more senior candidates also
• considered)
• Strong experience across a broad range of conveyancing matters
• Organised, proactive and commercially aware
• Excellent client care and communication skills
• Confident working independently and as part of a team
