What you can expect:
- Management of a permanent housing portfolio comprising approximately 450 residential units in Düsseldorf (Wittlaer, Garath, Bilker Allee) as well as in Solingen and Monheim am Rhein
- Management, contracting, and quality control of external service providers and contractors
- Recording and initial assessment of damage, as well as coordination of appropriate maintenance measures
- Ensuring that the residential complexes are well-maintained, in good order, and safe for use
- Conducting apartment viewings, final inspections, and move-ins
- Point of contact (m/f/d) for our tenants on-site, as well as close collaboration with internal departments
Your background:
- Completed education, ideally in real estate management, facility management, the trades, or a related field
- Experience in property management, the housing industry, building management, or facility management
- Good IT skills in Microsoft Office, preferably initial SAP experience
- Experienced in using mobile devices, e.g. tablet
- Strong organizational skills and experience coordinating external service providers
- A confident and service-oriented demeanor when interacting with tenants and business partners
- Basic technical understanding for assessing damage and maintenance measures
- An independent, organized, and responsible work style
- Own car for business trips to the residential complexes
