Full Time Sales Consultant - North Somerset

We are currently working with a popular new homes developer who is looking to recruit an experienced sales consultant to be based at a development in North Somerset. Our client is well known for their quality product, excellent customer service and is looking to recruit someone with strong sales experience and an understanding of the importance of excellent customer care.

Experience in the New Homes Sales sector is essential.

Key Competencies:

• Able to negotiate effectively to achieve sales targets and maximise revenue
• Thorough understanding of the process from initial enquiry to completion of sale.
• Excellent deportment and communication skills.
• Can deliver exceptional customer service throughout the sales process
• Highly Organised.
• Adaptable to change with a flexible attitude to travelling between developments
• Build strong relationships with purchasers, colleagues, and external stakeholders.
• Experienced using COINS and Microsoft Office Packages.

Salary Package:

• Basic Salary up to £32,000 (depending on previous experience)
• Competitive OTE 
• Mileage Allowance
• Pension Scheme
