Supply Chain Manager
Location: Remote - West Greenwich, RI
Employment Type: Contingent Worker (Contract, W2)
Contract Length: 10 months (possible extension)
Compensation: $42/$48 per hour (based on experience)
Summary of the Role
Support a big biopharma leader’s Global Warehouse Team with tasks related to the SAP S/4HANA implementation, focusing on physical financial flow (PFF) tolling and warehouse business processes. Collaborate with system architects, business process owners, and other stakeholders to ensure seamless system go-live and compliance with business requirements. Resolve warehouse process issues, document and test scripts, and conduct analytical and project management activities.
Key Responsibilities
- Support SAP S/4HANA rollout for warehouse functions, focusing on physical financial flow (PFF) tolling
- Execute and document script testing activities in ALM
- Analyze system specifications, identify requirements, and resolve warehouse business process issues
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including architects and business process owners
- Use Jira to document and track issues to resolution
- Assess and communicate the impact of process changes on warehouse operations
- Assist with supply chain warehouse safety, compliance, and productivity projects
- Gather data and perform metric analysis to support department objectives
- Perform general project management and support for departmental projects
Required Experience & Skills
- 5+ years of experience in GMP or cGMP warehousing
- Warehouse business process knowledge
- Script testing experience
- Basic project management skills
- Strong critical thinking and problem-solving abilities
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Preferred Qualifications
- Multiple years of consistent experience in similar warehouse roles within pharma or biotech
- SAP experience with specific focus on WM, SRM, and EWM modules
- Experience administering test sets for system implementations
- Experience working within FDA-regulated (cGMP) an environment
- Strong computer skills with MS Office Applications (Excel, Word, PowerPoint, SharePoint)
- Demonstrated initiative, self-motivation, adaptability, and flexibility
- Ability to collaborate across geographically dispersed teams

Basic Qualifications
- Doctorate degree or Master’s degree and 2 years of experience
- Bachelor’s degree and 4 years of experience
- Associate’s degree and 8 years of experience
- High school diploma / GED and 10 years of experience
