We're looking for experienced 360 Technical Recruiters to source top-tier talent and develop client relationships at tech start-ups, software houses and financial organisations across the UK, with a focus on London markets. You'll have the opportunity to open a new desk, developing your own tech specialism or join one of our existing teams. What's in It for You? What You'll Do: You'll deliver high-calibre technologists to meet client needs in technology roles You'll manage and develop client relationships and grow your own portfolio You'll take ownership of the full recruitment cycle, from sourcing to placement (with support from advertising and marketing teams) You'll meet and exceed KPIs, contributing to the team's success with a focus on quality service What We're Looking For: You have previous experience as a Recruitment Consultant (tech or similar sectors) in a 360 role You have a competitive and determined mindset You have strong time-management skills and ability to deliver against KPIs You're client focused with a consultative and ethical approach to recruitment
