We are seeking an MEP Construction Manager for a night shift assignment in Clayton, North Carolina. The selected candidate will be responsible for on-site (field) management of discipline specific pharmaceutical construction activities in accordance with quality, safety and cost control standards.


Hours are Monday - Friday, 5:00pm - 5:30am


** This is a Night Shift position **
** This position has a rotating schedule; with 58 hours week 1 and 48 hours week 2; repeat **


Responsibilities
- Take the lead on daily coordination of night shift field activities for an Aseptic Production 1 Building
- Collaborate with the day shift team for shift turnover
- Ensure work quality


Qualifications
- High School Diploma or GED
- 15+ years experience as a general foreman, superintendent or construction manager
- Experience managing multi-discipline, large-scale construction projects or similar management of small to mid-cap project portfolios in the Life Sciences industry
- Experience with field supervision of craft, particularly MEP trades
- Experience coordinating and planning pipe pressure test, flushing, cleaning, passivation, blowdown and drying activities
- Knowledge of the commissioning and qualification process as it specifically relates to MEP systems
- Knowledge of Quality Control and Quality Assurance testing/reporting
