<div>2. Financial Management: Oversee financial operations, including accounts payable, accounts receivable, and financial planning.</div>
<div>1. Accounts Payables Responsibilities:</div>
<div>Ensure accuracy of accounts payable and process monthly accounting close.</div>
<div>Approve expense reports and forecast purchase/inventory requirements.</div>
<div>Maintain vendor files and manage credit hold accounts.</div>
<div>Handle vendor disputes and discrepancies.</div>
<div>2. Accounts Receivables Responsibilities:</div>
<div>Projection of monthly cash flow, entering invoices, and managing collections.</div>
<div>Receive and deposit payments, process monthly accounting close, and maintain customer files.</div>
<div>3. Compliance: Ensure adherence to internal controls, accounting standards, and financial laws.</div>
<div>4. Budget Management: Develop and track the company’s budget for financial guidance.</div>
<div>5. Cash Flow Management: Monitor cash flow for financial stability and operational support.</div>
<div>6. Team Management: Lead and mentor the accounting team for collaboration and knowledge sharing.</div>

<div>Qualifications:</div>
<div>Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field (Master’s degree or CPA preferred).</div>
<div>8+ years of accounting experience with managerial experience.</div>
<div>Knowledge of accounting principles, financial regulations, and tax laws.</div>
<div>Strong problem-solving, decision-making, and analytical skills.</div>
<div>Effective communication and interpersonal skills.</div>
<div>Proficiency in accounting software and financial analysis tools.</div>
