CREATIVE PROJECT MANAGER (HYBRID)

Location: St. Louis, MO
Job Type: W2 Contract
Duration: 6 months
Compensation Range: $35-37/HR
Cella is seeking a Project Management Specialist to lead and manage full-cycle projects (from inception to completion) across multidisciplinary teams and across all media types (digital to traditional) to ensure on-time, on-budget and error-free execution.
On-site Requirements: Hybrid (On-site Monday-Thursday | Remote Fridays)
Workfront experience is required in order to be considered.
 
Responsibilities:

• Act as cross-functional hub for project executions while partnering closely with internal & external partners to ensure overall project success.
• Takes ownership of project efficiency.
• Utilize Agile (Kanban+/Scrum) and Waterfall processes and applies relevant approach by project type.
• Experience in omni-channel/all media types of production including digital, eComm, print, video, and packaging.
• Measure project performance to identify areas for improvement.
• Open jobs utilizing agency software tools.
• Work with account leads to accurately scope project jobs.
• Management of all production related requests from the internal team, clients, or meta- agency partners - holistic timeline creation and management.
• Gather and vet specs across all media types (digital, ecommerce, broadcast, print, promotions + packaging) to ensure project accuracy.
• Develop, own, and communicate holistic project schedules and work plan to internal & external teams.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree.
• 3+ years of professional experience with 1+ of those years of experience in administrative experience and/or managing multiple projects.
• Print production experience (preferred).
• Workfront experience (required).
• Agency experience (required).
