What You’ll Do
- Lead and implement safety, health, environmental (HSE), and security programs
- Partner with operations to reduce incidents and improve workplace safety
- Conduct audits, investigations, and root cause analysis
- Develop and deliver training programs that drive compliance and engagement
- Track performance through metrics, reporting, and continuous improvement initiatives
- Collaborate with regulatory agencies (OSHA, DOT, EPA) to ensure compliance
- Champion a zero-incident culture and support emergency preparedness efforts
What We’re Looking For
- 5–7 years of safety experience in warehouse, manufacturing, or transportation
- Strong background in OSHA compliance, incident prevention, and safety programs
- Experience with training, audits, and safety culture development
- CSP certification (or actively working toward it) is a plus
- Proven ability to influence teams and lead change
