<p>I’m currently recruiting for an <strong>Assistant Management Accountant</strong> to join a growing and forward-thinking organisation in Lincolnshire.</p>

<p><em>The Role</em></p>
<p>Supporting the Finance Manager and wider finance team, you’ll play an important role in the day-to-day running of the finance function while developing your management accounting knowledge.</p>
<p>You’ll assist with month-end processes, reconciliations and financial reporting, whilst also helping drive process improvements and automation to create a more efficient finance function.</p>
<p><em>Key Responsibilities</em></p>
<ul>
<li>Support the preparation of monthly management accounts</li>
<li>Assist with month-end activities including accruals, prepayments and journals</li>
<li>Complete balance sheet and bank reconciliations</li>
<li>Process purchase invoices and support supplier payments</li>
<li>Assist with cashflow reporting and financial analysis</li>
<li>Support general ledger maintenance and financial reporting</li>
<li>Help identify opportunities to improve processes and reduce manual tasks</li>
<li>Assist with finance systems improvements and automation projects</li>
<li>Work closely with the wider finance team to support continuous improvement initiatives</li>
</ul>
<p><em>About You</em></p>
<ul>
<li>AAT qualified or actively studying towards AAT (or equivalent experience)</li>
<li>Previous experience within a finance role</li>
<li>Exposure to month-end activities, reconciliations or management accounting would be advantageous</li>
<li>Strong Excel skills and confidence using finance systems</li>
<li>Positive, proactive approach with a willingness to learn</li>
<li>Strong attention to detail and excellent organisational skills</li>
