As a Senior ServiceNow Developer, you will:
- Design and implement workflows, integrations, notifications, and flow automation within the ServiceNow platform
- Collaborate closely with stakeholders to understand business requirements and translate them into scalable technical solutions
- Provide technical insights during implementation to ensure solutions align with business needs
- Contribute to defining the overall technical vision using industry experience and ServiceNow best practices
- Support end-to-end deployment activities using Source Control, update sets, and CI/CD pipelines
- Ensure seamless transition of solutions from development to production environments
What You Bring to the Table:
- 10+ years of overall IT experience, with strong expertise in ServiceNow development
- Proven experience in building workflows, integrations, and automation solutions
- Hands-on experience with ServiceNow modules and platform capabilities
- Strong understanding of deployment processes including Source Control, Update Sets, and CI/CD pipelines
- Experience working in stakeholder-driven environments with cross-functional teams
You Should Possess the Ability to:
- Translate complex business requirements into efficient technical solutions
- Work independently while also collaborating effectively with teams
- Provide strategic input and contribute to platform vision and improvements
- Troubleshoot and resolve issues across development and deployment phases
- Ensure high-quality delivery within project timelines
