About the role

We are looking for a Head of Operations, EMEA to build and optimize operational processes supporting our Client’s rapidly growing Warsaw hub.

This is a highly autonomous, hands-on leadership role for someone who enjoys solving problems, improving the way organizations operate, and driving execution across multiple teams. You will work closely with Finance, Sales, Legal, Product, and Engineering, ensuring smooth day-to-day operations while introducing scalable processes and AI-driven automation. The role is similar to a Chief of Staff rather than a traditional Office Manager or COO position.

What we’re looking for

• Experience in Operations, Business Operations, or Chief of Staff roles
• Strong project management and cross-functional coordination skills
• Ability to improve and scale operational processes
• Hands-on mindset with strong ownership and problem-solving skills
• Experience working in fast-growing technology companies is a strong advantage
• Fluent Polish and English

Your responsibilities

• Oversee day-to-day operations of the Warsaw EMEA hub
• Build and optimize operational processes across the organization
• Coordinate collaboration between Finance, Sales, Legal, Product, and Engineering
• Support customer-related operations, contracts, and vendor management
• Manage operational budgets together with Finance
• Drive automation initiatives using AI tools
