About the Role

Specialty Program Operations Analyst Location: Irving, TX | Hybrid COMPENSATION & SCHEDULE • Contractor Pay: $40.00/hour • Monday–Friday, 9:00 AM–6:00 PM (Mid-shift to 7:30 PM CST at least twice monthly for coverage) • Contract Role ROLE IMPACT The Specialty Program Operations Analyst supports critical specialty pharmacy programs that optimize product access, inventory utilization, and operational efficiency. This role partners across multiple business functions to ensure accurate program execution, timely issue resolution, and data-driven operational decisions. Success is measured through consistent execution, operational accuracy, and continuous process improvement, including responsible adoption of AI-enabled tools to improve workflow efficiency and decision support. KEY RESPONSIBILITIES • Execute Auto Substitution, Sequestration replenishment, and Fair Share allocation processes to improve inventory utilization and product availability. • Maintain SAP program configuration, substitution logic, material mapping, replenishment activities, inventory movement, and allocation controls. • Monitor workflows from intake through execution, validation, tracking, and escalation to ensure timely operational performance. • Partner with Portfolio, Pricing, Clinical, Buyers, Distribution Centers, SAP/MDM, Customer Care, and Sales to resolve operational issues and support customer commitments. • Analyze operational performance using SAP, Salesforce, Power BI, and reporting tools while tracking KPIs, supporting stakeholder communications, and providing backup coverage for Specialty Program Operations as needed. MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS • Experience supporting specialty pharmacy, pharmaceutical distribution, inventory allocation, replenishment, substitution, or related operational processes. • Proficiency using SAP, Salesforce, Power BI, or similar enterprise systems to support reporting, workflow management, and operational analysis. • Demonstrated ability to leverage AI-enabled tools responsibly to improve workflow efficiency, documentation, analysis, and decision support.
