About the Role
Enjoy hybrid working as a Mechanical and Electrical Compliance Officer on an interim basis. You will be managing all contractors and quality checking.
You will be working for a well-known local authority that values not only their tenants but every stakeholder within the business, ensuring attention to detail, collaboration and a commitment to maintaining levels of compliance.
As the Mechanical and Electrical Compliance Officer, you will be:
Manage daily compliance tasks following certification
Inspections of the mechanical and electrical systems within a property
Provide technical expertise and support to electrical contractors
Complete audits and post inspections on the contractors work
Involved with signing off the EICR’s
Mechanical and Electrical Compliance Officer qualifications / experience:
Mechanical and Electrical relevant qualification
Previous experience on the tools as a M&E surveyor
Previous experience overseeing contractors
Previous experience working with EICR’s
As the Mechanical and Electrical Compliance Officer, you will receive:
£350 - £400 a day
