Let's talk!<br /> <br /> The Role<br /> Our client is seeking a DevOps Engineer to support the full development lifecycle from architectural design to deployment. You'll build and maintain a release pipeline for fast and safe software delivery, automate deployments across various environments, and serve as a technical lead for an Agile team. This role requires a holistic view of the service development and deployment architecture, with a focus on automation and system optimization.<br /> <br /> What You'll Bring<br /> A BS in Computer Science or Engineering with a minimum of 5 years of related experience<br /> Strong knowledge of Linux environments (RHEL 6/7/8)<br /> Experience with Git and version control best practices<br /> At least 5 years of experience in an Agile development environment<br /> Experience with AWS cloud and virtualized servers in a PaaS environment<br /> Experience with Python, Ruby, Perl, or Java<br /> Proficiency in DevOps or Site Reliability Engineering methodologies<br /> <br /> Desired Skills<br /> Experience integrating Jenkins/Bamboo, Docker, and Kubernetes for automated deployment<br /> Experience with caching technologies (Memcache, Redis)<br /> Knowledge of MySQL and Elasticsearch<br /> Familiarity with Puppet and Ansible<br /> Experience with Windows system administration<br /> <br /> Clearance Requirements<br /> TS/SCI with FS Polygraph is required.
