Duties of the Commercial Support Executive –
Administer and maintain accurate contract records within internal systems.
Review all incoming orders to confirm documentation is complete and compliant with company standards.
Coordinate internal approvals to verify technical accuracy and financial viability of proposed solutions.
Manage the digital signing process for all contractual agreements and confidentiality documents.
Support internal legal teams by facilitating contract reviews and updates as required.
Oversee post-signature amendments and variations to ensure contracts remain current and correct.
Handle contract related correspondence through a shared mailbox, ensuring prompt and professional responses.
Prepare and distribute renewal and status reports to support commercial teams.
