commercial, relationship-led position where you’ll take full ownership of your customer portfolio - driving
adoption, retention, and revenue growth.

What You’ll Be Doing Customer Growth & Revenue - Identify and execute upsell and cross-sell opportunities
- Deliver engaging demos and virtual meetings
- Recommend tailored solutions aligned to client goals
- Take ownership of revenue targets across your portfolio
Relationship Management - Build strong, long-term client relationships
- Run regular success reviews and strategic conversations
- Position yourself as a trusted advisor
- Proactively identify risks and growth opportunities
Onboarding & Adoption - Lead onboarding for new customers
- Deliver training sessions and product guidance
- Drive early engagement and long-term usage
Retention & Customer Experience - Own customer retention and minimise churn
- Monitor usage data and engagement trends
- Resolve challenges quickly and professionally
- Continuously improve the customer journey
Product Advocacy - Keep clients excited about new features and updates
- Showcase product innovation through demos
- Feed customer insights back into product and leadership teams
What We’re Looking For - Experience in Customer Success, Account Management, or Sales
- Strong commercial mindset with a track record of driving growth
- Confident communicator - comfortable running demos and client meetings
- Relationship-focused with excellent interpersonal skills
- Highly organised and able to manage multiple clients
- Data-driven with experience using CRM systems
- Self-motivated, target-driven, and results-focused
