Production Operative - Ballymena

About the role: £13.00 per hour Immediate starts available!  (Week 1) 3-day week (6am-6pm) Tues Wed & Thurs and 3-day week (Week 2) 4-day week Mon, Tues, Fri & Sat (6am – 6pm with Saturday being 6am – 5pm) Pattern of work will be agreed following successful interview. Shift allowance will be payable. 30 days annual leave What you'll be doing in this role:  Follow all company Safety, Health, Environment & Quality (SHEQ) procedures. Work collaboratively to meet daily production targets and maintain efficiency. Communicate progress regularly with Team Leaders and complete daily records (e.g. timesheets). Take part in Operational Excellence and continuous improvement initiatives. Maintain a clean, safe, and organised work area (housekeeping duties). Support across different areas of production as required and attend relevant training. What you'll need for this role: Experience in manufacturing, construction, agriculture, or a similar industry. Awareness of Health & Safety standards and willingness to maintain cleanliness. Flexibility in working hours and ability to adapt to changing duties. Strong communication and team collaboration skills. Ability to understand written and spoken English.
