The Boston area’s only Relais &amp; Châteaux property, the Inn features 22 stylishly luxurious accommodations, including a lovingly preserved guest house and barn that merge Lexington’s historic heritage and architecture with a contemporary American chic design.</p><p>The Inn’s restaurant, <a href="https://www.innathastingspark.com/dining/town-meeting-bistro/" target="_blank" rel="noreferrer">Town Meeting Bistro</a> is open for breakfast, lunch, dinner, high tea, and brunch. </p><br /><p><strong>Job Description</strong></p><p>We are looking for a breakfast/lunch line cook to work approximately<br /> Friday through Tuesday 6am - 2pm </p><p>(shifts may end earlier or later depending on business).<br /> The cook will set up the continental breakfast and cook a la carte items on the hot line for breakfast and lunch. They will also assist in putting away food orders, prepping for dinner and cleaning projects when they are free. </p><p><strong>Responsibilities</strong></p><ul><li>Set up continental breakfast</li><li>Cook hot breakfast option</li><li>Cook the hot line during lunch</li><li>Weekly deep clean</li><li>Changing Fryer Oil</li><li>Clean up station and take care of leftover food</li><li>Put away food order</li><li>Ensure that food comes out simultaneously, in high quality and in a timely fashion</li><li>Comply with and sanitation regulations and safety standards</li><li>Maintain a positive and professional approach with coworkers and customers</li></ul><br /><ul><li>Working level of Kitchen English.
