The Opportunity
We're partnering with a well-established, UK-based multidisciplinary consultancy that operates at the intersection of engineering, development, and infrastructure delivery.

This organisation is recognised for its integrated approach, bringing together planning, engineering, environmental, and cost expertise to deliver complex developments across the UK. Their M&E team is central to delivering innovative, low-carbon building services solutions across large-scale residential, commercial, and mixed-use schemes.

With a strong pipeline of work, they are now looking to appoint a BIM Manager to lead digital delivery across their M&E projects in Birmingham.

The Role
As BIM Manager, you will take ownership of BIM strategy, coordination, and implementation across multiple projects.
You'll collaborate closely with internal design teams and external stakeholders to ensure consistent, high-quality digital delivery.

Key responsibilities:

• Lead BIM delivery across M&E building services projects

• Develop and maintain BIM standards, processes, and workflows

• Oversee model coordination and clash detection across disciplines

• Support project teams from early design through to construction

• Act as the go-to BIM expert for clients and internal teams

• Drive innovation and continuous improvement in digital delivery

• Mentor and support junior technicians and BIM staff

Projects
You'll work on a diverse range of major UK developments, including:

• Large residential and mixed-use schemes

• Commercial and industrial developments

• Regeneration and infrastructure-led projects

These are typically complex, multi-disciplinary projects, where early collaboration and integrated design are key.

About You

• Proven experience as a BIM Lead or BIM Manager within M&E / Building Services

• Strong Revit and BIM coordination experience

• Experience working in multi-disciplinary project environments

• Good understanding of ISO 19650 and UK BIM standards

• Strong communication and stakeholder management skills

• A proactive mindset with a passion for digital innovation
