<li class="x_MsoNormal">Work collaboratively with healthcare providers, nursing staff, and rehab team</li>
<li class="x_MsoNormal">Oversee rehab assistants as per state regulations</li>
<li class="x_MsoNormal">Stay updated with current clinical practices through ongoing education</li>
<li class="x_MsoNormal">Promote patient-centered care within the rehabilitation program</li>

<p class="x_MsoNormal"><strong>Qualifications:</strong></p>

<li class="x_MsoNormal"><strong>New York State license for SLP</strong> or ability to obtain one</li>

<li class="x_MsoNormal"><strong>CCC-SLP certification</strong> preferred for experienced candidates</li>
<li class="x_MsoNormal">Prior experience in skilled nursing, rehabilitation, long-term care, or post-acute settings is advantageous</li>
