<p><strong>Location:</strong> Haringey<br /><strong>Pay:</strong> £110–£130 per day<br /><strong>Start:</strong> Immediate</p>
<p>Be honest — this isn’t for everyone.</p>
<p>This role is working with students who have been excluded from mainstream education. It’s challenging, but if you can handle it, it’s one of the most rewarding roles you’ll do.</p>
<p><strong>What the job actually involves:</strong></p>

<p>Supporting students with SEMH and behavioural needs</p>

<p>Managing challenging situations calmly</p>

<p>Building trust with students who don’t trust easily</p>

<p>Helping re-engage them in education</p>

<p><strong>You’ll need:</strong></p>

<p>Strong presence and confidence</p>
</li>

<p>Experience in behaviour, PRU, youth work or similar</p>
</li>

<p>Thick skin and a calm mindset</p>
